Manorama's husband happens to see Anjali and Shyam dancing near the pool. They unknowingly saves Anjali from Shyam when the latter is about to push her in to the pool. Akash gets stuck to a chair at Payal's house. Payal tries to hide Akash from Madhumati by putting a blanket over him. Akash calls Arnav for help. Arnav goes to Madhumati's house and manages to get Akash out of the issue. Nandkishore secretly designs to see Khushi at midnight. Arnav goes back to Madhumati's house to look for his cell phone. At 12 midnight, Khushi comes and switches on the light, to wish Payal, but sees Arnav standing in front of her on New Year's night.
